Aluminum, Nickel and Cobalt magnets

Alnico (Aluminum, Nickel and Cobalt) is the oldest of magnetic materials, with high performance of Remanence and temperature resistance.

Alnico magnets are made through sintered or cast process, according to the final shape and size and are used for electromechanical relays, timers, magnetic separators, magnetic couplings, etc.

Features

  • magnets made from an alloy of Aluminum, Nickel and Cobalt, it also contains Iron and other metallic elements
  • produced by sintering process (for small and complex shapes) or casting process (molding)
  • excellent Resistance to high temperatures (up to 500 ° C) and corrosion
  • possible shapes: cylinders, blocks, segments
  • high resistance to demagnetization
